Dove now checks to ensure all minimum operating requirements are met each time it is run. This ensures that your computer is set up correctly every time. Quite often, local computer settings change as new programs are installed or Windows updates are downloaded. Just because it worked last week doesn't ensure it will work today, unless it is tested each time.

Dove Technical Support can provide some self-help (links next to each test) to assist in configuring your computer; however, we cannot help further until the minimum requirements are met.

As a general policy, Dove Technical Support cannot make any changes to your computer’s configuration or assist you directly in enabling or disabling any software on your machine. In addition, as a third-party contractor, we cannot make any changes to data stored in Dove. We are here to provide Dove technical assistance.
